Relevant Composition Of Ecological Board

"Melamine" is one of the resin adhesives used to make ecological boards. Papers with different colors or textures are soaked in resin, dried to a certain degree of curing, and laid on the surface of particleboard, medium density fiberboard or hard fiberboard. The decorative board made by hot pressing, the name of the specification is melamine impregnated film-covered artificial board, and its melamine board is actually a part of its decorative composition.

Generally divided into surface paper, decorative paper, cover paper and bottom paper.

① The surface paper is placed on the uppermost layer of the decorative board to protect the decorative paper and make the surface of the board after heating and pressing highly transparent, and the surface of the board is hard and wear-resistant. This paper requires good water absorption performance, white and clean, and transparent after dipping .

②Decorative paper, that is, wood grain paper, is an important part of the decorative board. It has a background color or no background color. The decorative paper printed into various patterns is placed under the surface layer paper and mainly plays a decorative role. This layer requires The paper has good hiding power, impregnation and printing performance.

③ Covering paper, also known as titanium white paper, is generally placed under the decorative paper when manufacturing light-colored decorative boards to prevent the underlying phenolic resin from penetrating to the surface. Its main function is to cover the color spots on the surface of the substrate. Therefore, good coverage is required. The above three papers are respectively impregnated with melamine resin.

④The bottom paper is the base material of the decorative board, which plays a role in the mechanical properties of the board. It is made by dipping with phenolic resin glue and dried. Several layers can be determined according to the purpose or the thickness of the decorative board during production.
