To prevent discoloration and mold on the surface of the multi-layer board, attention should be paid to moisture-proof measures, to prevent excessive indoor humidity, and to prevent immersion and rain. It is necessary to complete and correct the painting construction. When constructing and decorating the wall, wooden frames should be nailed to prevent the panel from being directly installed on cement or brick walls to prevent moisture and mold. After decoration, multi-layer boards should be prevented from drying, cracking, and peeling. To prevent prolonged direct sunlight or excessive dryness indoors, the multi-layer panel surface should be avoided from facing the air conditioning outlet or heating hood directly. This can easily cause the surface of the multi-layer panel to crack due to excessive dryness, affecting its service life.
2. During transportation, a closed environment is more conducive to the rapid growth of anaerobic bacteria, which can easily lead to mold. Biochemical desiccants or drying rods can be placed in the space of the transport vehicle, which can also have a moisture absorption and anti mold effect. The main anti mold measures for multi-layer boards include drying, heat treatment, and anti-corrosion treatment. Another important reason why multi-layer boards are prone to mold is that a large amount of white latex is added during the bonding process. White latex provides food for mold growth, and anti mold agents can be directly added to the white latex to form protection inside the multi-layer board, disrupting the conditions for mold growth and preventing mold growth from the inside out.
